Fort Lauderdale Story Slam: Whodunnit?!?

Comedy/Drama
Join us for a true storytelling contest on the theme: WHODUNNIT?!? Eight storytellers will compete by telling 5-7 minute stories from their own lives. The performers include first-timers and seasoned storytellers, and the stories cover a wide range of human experience from the comical to the profound. Throughout the evening the audience is invited to join in with fun, interactive storytelling games. Doors open at 6pm for live music and pre-show entertainment. Open to ages 21+ Pre-Purchase tickets online for $5 discount. Tickets available at the door. Regular $20 / Discount: $15. Storytellers wanted! The story slam features real stories told by regular people. We’re looking for tales of double-crosses, secret admirers, misplaced blame, saucy schemes, guilty secrets, cover-ups, anonymous gifts, and mysteries of all kinds! If you’ve got a great story and you’d like to be in the slam, please submit your idea online at www.worldandeye.com/storyslam or by phone or email: Helen (954) 279-0994 / Jean: 954-540-9897 / helen@worldandeye.com.
